Warranty

For us it is important to delivery you products of good quality, if your product breaks too soon you should let us know within 2 months legally. We will check what happend and if we are responsible for this, if we are we will give you a solution like a new product or a refund.

 

Complaints

It is very frustrating to be unhappy about something you payed for, we will try to make this happen less as possible. If anything goes wrong, please let us know via happy@cardholder.shop so we can offer a solution.

We are convinced that mediation is often not necessary, we are happy to offer a suitable solution ourselves.
